Differential Leukocyte Count Tool & Simulator

This tool helps you practice and simulate differential leukocyte count. Follow these steps:

  • Select the Mode: Choose between "Manual Count," "Practice Mode," or "Exam Mode" to start.
  • Select the Age Group: Choose the age group (Adult, Child, or Infant) to adjust the reference ranges.
  • Count the Cells: In "Practice Mode" or "Exam Mode," identify and count each leukocyte. Click on the column to add a tally mark.
  • Undo and Reset: Use the "Undo" and "Reset" buttons to revert your last actions or start over.
  • End the Exam: In "Exam Mode," you can pause or end the exam. Results will be displayed at the end of the exam.
  • Export Report: After completing the count, you can export your results to a text file by clicking "Export Report."
  • Cell Reference: Click "Open Cell Type Reference" for a quick reference of each leukocyte type with images.
  • Timer: In "Exam Mode," a timer will show how much time is left to complete the count.
  • Column Totals: Each column has a limit of 10 cells. When a column is full, it will be marked as "FULL" and you’ll need to move to the next one.
